Card Club

Heather’s Card Club

Thank you for joining Card Club!  This is a great opportunity to keep up your supply of hand-stamped cards, while having fun stamping with other club members!  This memo outlines the guidelines and expectations for the club.

Four Club Commitments:

  1. Have fun.
  2. RSVP by the deadline for each club gathering.
  3. Please pay when you RSVP for the club gathering.
  4. Invite friends!
  5. Bring your favorite adhesive.

Basic Information:

Card Club will meet at Heather’s house in Jenkintown, PA once a month.  You will need about an hour to make your cards.  Club will meet on the second Saturday of every month 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.  If you are unable to attend Saturday, please let me know you would like to reschedule and we can find another date.  Please RSVP 2 days in advance (Thursdays).  Any changes to the schedule will be communicated throughout the year.

Club Gatherings:

At each club gathering, members will make 6 cards (3 each of two designs) for $15.  Envelopes can be purchased for an additional $2.00.  When possible, sentiments will be changeable, allowing you to make the types of cards you prefer.  At any point you can pay for two “visits” and make double the amount of cards.  You are welcome and encouraged to bring guests, but please let me know when you are so I can have supplies prepared for them.  Introduce a friend to card club and you receive $5 off your club fee for that visit.

RSVPs are a MUST!:

Due to the extensive preparation for a club gathering, RSVPs are a must.  If you are planning to make two sets of cards, or are bringing a guest(s), please let me know when you RSVP.  You do not need to contact me if you cannot attend Club in a particular month.  Please let me know by the deadline if you are coming so I can have supplies cut for you!

I accept checks or cash.  Please pay when you RSVP.  You may pay for more than one gathering at a time.

Frequent Stamper’s Card:

When you attend your first club gathering, you will receive a frequent stamper’s card.  Each time you attend club, your card will get stamped.  Attend 9 club gatherings, and get the 10th one FREE or $15 off any order!

Reschedule options:
Can’t make it on a particular Saturday?  I’m flexible!  Let me know of other dates you are available when you RSVP and we can reschedule another date and time.

Card Club “On the Road”:

I would be happy to arrange a card club gathering at your home!  All you need to do is have a minimum of 5 participants and I can bring card club to you.

Card Club Kits:

Want to create the cards at your convenience in your own home?  I can mail a kit to you for an additional $10.00 that includes instructions, a completed sample, the precut card stock and materials including ribbon, brads or other items to complete the cards.  Stamps and ink not included but are available for purchase or you can use stamps and ink from your personal collection.  Envelopes – add $2.00.

Please email me with any questions.  Thank you for your interest, and welcome to the club!
